A global investment bank of 40 years was in need of revitalizing its brand visuals and communication templates to look current visually as well as functionally, create efficiencies in day to day production, yet, not undergo a lengthy re-brand process. A steering committee was developed to ensure representation across all business lines.

High profile branded pieces lacked context and a human aspect. Since people are at the heart of this company, the idea was to show the people behind the deals, including clients, and provide context through stories, with background and outcomes. The photography style was inspired from a previous rebrand that was effective, and accepted across the company, but was not executed consistently, and ultimately lost over time. A lighter color palette was created, inspired by the already evolving colors being used throughout materials across the firm.
