Lexus eShowroom is a nationwide, product knowledge intranet, accessed by all Lexus associates for the latest news, searchable key features and benefits of all vehicles, as well as training guides and videos to increase sales of Lexus vehicles at dealerships. I have redesigned the site a few years in a row for Liehr Marketing & Communications. Over the years, usability of eShowroom has increased up to 90%, and is today, one of the most vital resources for all Lexus associates.
